The cutoff
11am, Monday to Friday. After 11am — or on weekends and bank holidays — your order rolls to the next print day and delivers the day after.
Packed flat
Sheets travel flat and board-backed so they arrive as crisp as they left the workshop. Seed paper is tough, but corners deserve respect.
Tracked to your door
You’ll get a dispatch email when your order leaves us, with tracking so you know exactly when to be in.

Bank holidays aren’t print days — orders roll to the next working day. The “Your order” panel on every product page shows your live estimated delivery date before you buy.
Artwork matters to the clock: next-day timing needs print-ready artwork by 11am. If your file needs a fix, we’ll email you straight away — the sooner you reply, the sooner it ships.

Where’s my order?
Check your dispatch email for tracking first. Nothing arrived when it should have? Email hello@plantablepaper.co.uk with your order number and we’ll chase the courier and sort it — that’s our job, not yours.
Do you deliver to Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland?
Yes — UK wide is UK wide. Some remote postcodes can add a day in the courier network; the tracking will show it.
Can I collect?
Not currently — everything ships. It keeps the workshop printing instead of front-of-housing.
My order arrived damaged.
